CONDOLENCES
Dear Dad,
I am sorry that I never made it down to your place in Santee. I am guilty of thinking that there was more time. Thank you for all of the fun things that we did together:
All the times we played golf...all the horseback riding...all the duckpin bowling...all the Redskins Games...for taking me under your wing in 1980 and more than doubling my salary which allowed me to purchase our first home (the townhouse). Dottie and I never would've been able to do that and may not have ever become a homeowner if not for that. Love, your son.
From: Bob Kocher Jr.
Friends, I am sorry to hear about Mr. Kocher's passing. I know it is a difficult time for you all. Be happy knowing that he is in a better place. I am grateful for his life, because without him, none of you would be here, and I love you all. With Sympathy

Dear Dad - I think back over the years and remember the trips that we took to Hershey Park camping, riding the horses in Accokeek, watching you bowl on Sunday nights, and watching Redskin games. You told me of your love of S.C. and Stumphole Landing and having just been there I now see why it was your heaven on earth. I pray that you are at peace now with the Lord. Love your dauther, Kathy.

Bob, I have been thinking about firsts in my life today. It is remarkable how many of them you were involved in. 1st time Skiing at Bryce Mtn, 1st time playing golf, 1st time on a boat, 1st time nearly dying on a boat, LOL, thanks Bob Jr. for fixing the gas leak before "Sumtimes" went up in flames, 1st fish I ever caught. 1st computer, 1st "real" job. 1st time living away from home. 1st SPAM sandwich, LOL. I have thought of you often through the years and I am glad we were able to stay in touch, although not very often. Bob, my prayer is that you had an opportunity to make an appeal to Our Lord and Savior and that you may forever Rest In Peace in heaven. Thank you for all these memories and so many more. Love, Jimmy

Dad,I just wanted to say thanks for having Christopher Because without him I wouldnt have my wonderful boys. Zach and Troy. They are my life. You will always be in hearts. You will be missed but I know that up in heaven things are wonderful. We love you. Chris always reminds me about the time we all went out on the boat and I was a big chicken and hide up inside the hall. Chris wont let me go out on a boat since then..lol..I am so honored to be part of the Kocher Family.
