Dear Gardner Family,
We, the friends and co-workers of SCDOT, would like to convey our condolences to your family. We know you have truly lost a strong link in the chain of the Gardner family. Just remember that God is there to continue to hold you up and to keep you from falling. Even though, we may not understand why God does the things he does, he has a reason for everything and he makes no mistakes. Just continue to be strong and lean and depend on God, for he has all the answers.
